2007 Picnic

The second annual Lodge 778 Picnic was held October 6, 2007.  It was a beautiful day.  The temperature was warm and the wind blowing.  Food was plentiful and good.  There was lots of things to do for young and old.  The next time you see one of the Picnic Committee Members (J.R. Rogers, Ron Hazley, Berta Washington and Claude Harris) thank them for all the work they put in to make this a great day for all the members of Lodge 778.

It started early Saturday morning.

Homer first one on site with JR following, BR Roepke pulls in next.

Berta brought breakfast.

Ron came after working all night at Honeywell.

Elmer brought the ice and tanks to put it in.

The first tank is heavy it has ice in it.

Get the empty tank out first, whose idea was that!

It’s OK they know what they are doing, I’m glad it’s Elmer’s truck.
