Guide Dogs Donate

Why Give? Guide Dogs of America is a nonprofit organization that is supported by the generosity of individuals, foundations, corporations, and other organizations in our mission to provide loyal and loving guide dogs free of charge to blind and visually impaired individuals.

With nearly 80% of all the funds we receive going directly to program services, you know your money is well spent. We do not receive any funding from local, state or federal government.

The cost to provide one guide dog and match it with its new blind partner is $42,000.00. Your gifts help us fulfill our mission and reflect your own personal desire to help others live more independently with the loving partnership of a guide dog.

What Your Gift helps Provide: Every gift, no matter the amount, is greatly appreciated and helps us continue our important services to the blind community.
