Economics continue to be the biggest obstacle. We’re getting closer. But not yet close enough.
As the clock on the current contract winds down, having your support from the shop floor is important now more than ever.
If we have to, we will negotiate this contract until the final hour. Rest assured.
But first, a few housekeeping items…
First, strike assignments were mailed out today as per IAM procedure. In the event of a strike, assignments will begin immediately Monday, November 20th at 12:01 am. Questions about strike procedure? Read the Negotiations Survival Handbook.

REMINDER: A tentative contract ratification vote date is scheduled for Sunday, November 19th at 2:00 pm at Belton High School located at 801 West North Ave, Belton, MO 64012.
