Negotiations continue as the Committee continues fighting for a fair contract.

There was a lot of tough discussion on economics. Some progress has been made, but a number of important issues still remain on the table.
Rest assured that your Committee is working hard on your behalf. Our number one goal is to bargain a contract we can ultimately recommend.
There’s been a lot of questions about what would happen if the membership voted to institute a work stoppage. We highly encourage you to visit the IAM Local 778 website and read the Negotiations Survival Handbook. A lot of questions regarding a strike, negotiations, the ratification vote, etc. are answered there.
REMINDER: A tentative contract ratification vote date is scheduled for Sunday, November 19th at 2:00 pm at Belton High School located at 801 West North Ave, Belton, MO 64012.
